The terms of use of the content of Pirate3D Series: hereafter Content.

The content of these lessons is intended to be used by the purchaser.

Any use outside these terms the user shall hold harmless Prime Services for any consequences resulting from the use of said content whether known or unknow at the time of publication of the content. 

The terms of use of the content of The Galley: hereafter Discussion Group Content.

Purchase of Pirate3D series entitles purchaser 1 year access to The Galley discussion group content.  The content of the discussion group is held in trust for the persons posting said content.  And while the operator of the Discussion group will perform some review of the content therein, each person will be held accountable for their own  content, whether siad content is edited, or reviewed by site host or not.
