Shipping Policy

As the Products of Prime Services are virtual in nature; please do not return the product.

At such time that we do add shipping, the customer we be responsible for first acquiring a Return Authorization.  After the Return is Authorized, the customer must ship the product in the original shipping container, or customer assumes liability for product damaged in transit.  The customer is responsible for all shipping cost and must ship the product in such a manner as to be able to provide a tracking number for said shipment.
